Nope and nope.

I actually had to double check in both cases cause melisa has it close in enough when you first glance at it offhandedly, but on closer inspections isn't really that close.

Jer I doublechecked it and no, no sequence is missing.

Also if/when you come up with a guess/answer state your reasoning behind the sequence as that has a lot to do with answering this riddle.

Good job Jer, now would you care to enlighten the rest of the folk on how that number and the next and the next and the next are gotten?

I actually followed that out to 20 lines, the number gets huge and starts to get confusing to try to keep it right.

Well, I first thought that there was a pattern developing, but, the numbers really weren't keeping pattern, so my very next thought was that the line below spells out the line above, which turned out to be right. It really didn't take me long to figure it out, but I'll tell ya when the pattern thing wasn't right, I pretty much left it alone, until I realized noone else was really trying to guess, so I just put my hypothesis in action, and it turned out to be right... God I'm blessed.
